Oftentimes, painful or traumatic events from our past manifest themselves years later through unhealthy impulses and destructive tendencies. Perhaps you were hurt by someone close, like a family member, or loved one, or even a Christian friend or member of your church. It may have been weeks or months or even years later, but whenever you think about the person or situation, there is still pain or anger.

God “forgives(s) us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.” (Matthew 6:12). When we refuse to forgive or fail to ask and seek forgiveness ourselves, we prevent ourselves from experiencing the true freedom in Christ and allow ourselves to be tormented by the enemy. God didn’t give “his only begotten Son” for you to be in bondage anymore (John 3:16).

Pastor Nathan has learned how to forgive from the heart, and wants to help you break free from the prison you are in. Check out the resources available to you and find freedom for yourself and others that you love.

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
(Jer 29:11)
